Pound Huila Valencia of Colombia is my favorite producer of Colombian coffee, producing the creamiest and smoothest washed mild coffee, setting the standard by which we judge all others. The fresh grind is aromatic and fruity, with a slightly sweet scent. It has the cherry and the spice.  The sweetness of the grind dissipates in the cup, revealing notes of roasted barley and a hint of graham cracker.
