Raw Honey

We keep a few hives of happy honey bee’s on our organic farm. They help pollinate our spices, produce honey for our walnut butter and when they have a big year we have extra honey to share. This honey was harvested in the Fall, so it has a rich dark color and the flavor has hints of root beer. It is Raw and it will crystalize, but can be returned to honey texture by placing it in a warm place or sunny window.
