The Fuzz

Western North Carolina is a special place. We live right on the peach line of Appalachia. Having such a treat in the summertime, we want to deliver a flavor that is true to place and time. We brew our peaches with turmeric and peppercorns to add a slight spice, bitterness and deep gold color. As always, we finish with organic apple cider vinegar and raw cane sugar. But here's the kicker: more bright acidity in the form of lime basil right at the end. Perfection.  Ingredients: Filtered Water, Peaches, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Cane Sugar Lime Basil, Turmeric, Black Peppercorns
