After cooking our peppermint candy in a copper kettle over an open flame, we carefully separate each batch into two parts. One becomes the red peppermint center while a smaller portion is stretched by hand on a candy hook until it is white. Then it forms a "blanket" that is stretched over the red peppermint before being cut into drops by our vintage candy roller. The result is a refreshing candy that tastes as good as it looks.Ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Artificial Color (FD&C Red #40).Our candy is cooked in a copper kettle with top quality ingredients before being formed by vintage equipment. We're proud to say our candies are family made in the USA!Manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, dairy and soy products. Do not eat if you have allergies to these products.Our commercial facility is inspected by the NC Department of Agriculture.
