It mentions the sculptor and film producer presented the statue to the Fairmount Park Commission and were awaiting approval to use the statue at the Art Museum for the movie filming. The article also speaks of Sylvester Stallone’s proposition of donating the 12-foot high statue of himself as Rocky Balboa to the city of Philadelphia after the filming....
