'A Job Only A Woman Can Do'  Salvage Division, War Production Board  1943  16 Page Booklet  Printed in Red & Blue    This is a wonderful, original piece of history from the Salvage Division of the War Production Board that tells a story in itself about what was going on at the time. This booklet asks women to save grease and fats from cooking in the kitchen, to be brought to local butchers who would then send it in to the government for production of gun powder. Great illustrations, diagrams, and graphics that depict the time so well.
