Get 2 bags with about 20 pounds of grass-fed beef with a value of at least $200. This is all good stuff & nothing weird like tongue, liver, heart, or bones in them. This is the beef I grumble about being in my way & is sucking up precious freezer space. You could get cuts that I have few of so they make tracking inventory stressful and make my website messy or things I have too much of or that are older stock or cuts that are new but the vacuum seal is broken from the butcher. When they are gone, they are gone!PSS ... for freezer space, figure 2 grocery bags full.
