Monteblanco Tropical Blend
Finca Monteblanco is located in the Suaza River Valley, near the Cueva de Los Guácharos National Natural Park, and is managed by Rodrigo Sánchez, a third-generation coffee grower continuing the legacy of his grandfather. The farm spans 14 hectares in the La Tocora village of Huila’s Acevedo municipality, one of Colombia’s most revered coffee-producing zones. Here, Rodrigo and his team cultivate a wide range of high-value varieties, including Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, and Purple Caturra, under ideal climate and shade conditions. Monteblanco is part of Aromas del Sur, a quality-driven network of producers in Huila working in close collaboration with Clearpath Coffee. The farm’s modern wet mill and fermentation infrastructure enable Rodrigo to push the boundaries of processing, experimenting with yeast, temperature, and time to develop dynamic profiles.
