Organized through ASPROTIMANA (Asociación de Productoras Agrícolas de Timaná), these women grow and process coffee on small plots of land, cultivating not only exceptional coffee but long-term independence. Through the Programa Mujer Cafetera, and with support from SENA (Colombia’s National Training Service), each producer operates her own micro-mill, maintaining control over quality, processing, and the future of her farm.
