Mitica - Chocohigos Dark Chocolate Figs

Perfectly sublime Pajarero figs from Spain are naturally dried then hand dipped in chocolate. Pajarero figs are delicate, sweet figs that have thinner skins than other varieties. They are dipped in voluptuous 56% dark chocolate from Caro. This is a  collaboration of a talented family who handcrafts fruit products and another family of chocolatiers, both whose recipes have been handed down for 3 generations.
