Rick and Wilma Chang opened WeyLu’s in 1987. Immigrants from China, the Chang’s worked their way up in Boston to open five restaurants before spending $13M to open WeyLu’s. Mr. Chang drove a Ferrari spider with “WeyLu” vanity plates.
