Offering a set of 3 sterling ladles sold by Streve Stanwood & Co. Boston in the 1890's with the original wood box. There is an engraving on the back of each ladle: Mary Beeson Noyes July 21st 1860, 2nd line: Mary Moury Noyes Jan. 26th 1893, the last name Noyes is engraved on the front handles. The 3 ladles are in wonderful condition, were they used? Doesn't look like it. The large ladle is 12" long bowl is 4-3/8" x 3-1/2" 226 gms The 2 smaller ladles are 60.73 gms. 6-1/2"long bowl is 3-1/2" x 2-1/8" 61.29 gms. 6-1/2"long bowl is 3-1/2" x 2-1/8" The box is showing it's age tears to the purple lining, & 2 post that hold the handles are gone. Box is approx. 14-1/2 x 7-1/2 x 3
