An old beer wine tapper by unknown maker. Japanned black finish on bronze? Dark wood handle with finial. Hexagonal wall escutcheon plate. Size 11.5" overall length... overall height at handle 9"... weight 3.3 lbs. As found estate item put in dry storage in 1997 - unrestored. The handle moves well - seems to be working with air, I have not tried with a liquid.
