This is an authentic hand stitched Mola Kuna Vest from Panama, part of collection of Mola items from estate of a professional sailing captain in the 1970s.  Found in linen closet with an extensive collection of souvenir items from around the world where he worked. Hand stitched colorful fish on black background with surrounding geometric "waves" Vest itself is machine stitched very wearable - substantially crafted Chest measures 20" flat across front at underarm + 21 1/2" across back at underarm Front length shoulder to hem approx 20" Cotton fabric with binding around edges - tie in front - front lined, back substantial heavy cotton Excellent unworn condition
