A vintage chrome metal beer tapper by unknown maker. Size 3.5" overall length... overall height at handle 3.5"... weight 1.5 lbs. As found estate item put in dry storage in 1997 - unrestored - spotting to chrome, not polished. The handle moves well - seems to be working with air, I have not tried with a liquid.
