Primitive Hand Wrought Iron Latch Heavy Duty - Gate Side Only

An old antique hand wrought iron gate/door latch. Heavy duty. Unknown maker. Size 13.75" x 3" flat bar assembly... the hook handle strike is 3" deep x 6" overall length... combined weight 4 lbs. Aged pitted original patina... this is the assembly for the gate side - there is no latch catch for the fence side, you will need to fabricate that piece (see where pen is pointing for reference).
