Chippy Rusty Cast Iron Factory Wheel

Included: one old  cast  iron  wheel Sizing : 13 x 4.5 I thought this old factory wheel made the most unique base for a cloche. I love the old original white and rusty patina. I added dried moss to make a flat surface across the top but you could also add a plate! The larger size is great and makes a statement .
