The Amalfi Coast Blend is a Mediterranean combination of garlic, parsley and chili.  The Veracruz Taco Blend is made with pasilla peppers, chipotle, cinnamon, brown sugar, Mexican oregano and other pungent spices.  The Siam Garden Blend brings together lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, coriander, tamarind and other exotic spices.  The Luxor Dukkah Blend is made with sesame seeds, hazelnuts, almonds, cumin and other herbs (this blend does contain nuts).
