DUBBIN WAX

Dubbin Wax is a traditional leather treatment stretching back to the Middle Ages.  Originally it was a simple, natural compound of animal fats, oils, and waxes.  We have duplicated the original formula using only Beeswax, Beef Tallow, Fish Oil, and Pine Resin. How to apply Dubbin Wax: First clean and dry the leather item, then gently warm both the dubbin and leather to improve absorbtion.  Take a small amount of dubbin on a cloth of fingers and rub it into the leather.  Let the leather set for an hour.  Rub off excess with a cloth and buff. How Dubbin Wax works:  The warm leather absorbs the oil.  The oil draws the beeswax into the leather.  The beef Tallow refreshes and restores the leather.  The pine resin forms a protective shell that protects and shines.
