Il Sincero Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2024 by Marco Viola (250 ml)

Marco Viola is the 4th generation to care for the trees at the family farm in Umbria. He crafts Il Sincero with an eye toward the amazing characteristics of the Moraiolo olive. His age-old trees grow in rocky soil on hillsides near Sant'Eraclio Foligno in the province of Perugia.
