Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce

Isn’t butter chicken just the most wonderful-sounding name for a recipe? This sauce has all of the comforting, soul-satisfying flavors of any recipe with the word “butter" in it.  How to use- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 lb. chicken diced into 1in. pieces. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
