I am SO excited to announce my upcoming Postpartum Cooking Class at Olive & Herb Co - Cheyenne.I will be cooking lunch and preparing a lactation supporting snack, while giving you all my tips and tricks in the kitchen. You'll leave with new recipes, a full tummy, and the confidence to prepare your own postpartum meals.   Our class starts at 10:00am and runs approximately 120 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early.   Please bring with you to class: anything you want to drink.  Water will be provided.
