Lightly Smokey and not too briney this tapenade is our new favourite! The kalamatas are soaked and then hardwood smoked which tamps down the inherent bitterness of the olives and allows some amazing flavours to come through. We added capers, lemon juice, garlic, Parsely and of course olive oil to make this super flavourful spread. Amazing in a pasta salad, on crackers or as a dip for veggies.
