Olive Pit Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin - Fresh Olive Oil (Seasonal)

Olio Nuovo - This local Extra Virgin seasonal "fresh" olive oil is bottled immediately after milling and is the freshest oil of the season.  Since it doesn't go through the regular racking and filtering process, you'll see the fresh olive flesh inside which may give the oil a cloudy appearance and sediment, which means more flavor and is higher in polyphenols.  This is also why it is recommended to use the oil within a year for best flavor.  16.9 fl. oz.
