Our handcrafted Roasted Walnut Oil is made in Saumur, France, strictly following 150-year-old traditional methods. It's slowly roasted to perfection, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered to give it a fabulous toasty flavor. This oil is definitely a staff pick. Suggested Uses Adds rich walnut taste to salad dressings, pasta, grilled meat and fish. Use instead of butter or shortening in cookies and breads. Perfect for bread dipping. Pair With 18-Year Traditional Balsamic for delicious bread dipping. We call it "Cherry Pie" when paired with Black Cherry Balsamic--great on fresh fettuccine with grilled chicken. Or pair with Black Currant Balsamic for wonderful salad dressing. It's "The Nutty Buddy" when paired with Dark Chocolate Balsamic--try on green salad with nuts and chopped apples.
