Suggested Uses This vinegar can be used both as a vinegar and condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medleys and ice cream. Delicious in vinaigrettes and sauces. Pair With Whole Fruit Blood Orange Olive Oil for "The Spring Fling"--great on spinach salad. With Persian Lime Olive Oil we call it "The Strawberry Daiquiri"--so good you could just drink it straight!
