Variety: American Oak Form: Chips Toast: Dark toast Sanitize oak chips by steaming or mixing with a small amount of boiling water. Place the oak chips in a steeping bag and submerge in the liquid after fermentation has ceased. Flavor will develop up to 2 weeks. Remove the oak chips when the intended level of flavor is achieved.
