Kimchi Workshop Sunday, April 14th @ 1pm-3pm PST Learn how to make your own healthy fermented kimchi! We'll learn about the fermentation process and work through a recipe I learned from kimchi makers in my grandmother's hometown of Andong, South Korea. There are more than 200+ kimchi recipes that exist on the Korean peninsula, depending on region, ingredients, down to the way it is prepared in each household. Customize the flavor to suit your tastes, and bring home a jar of handmade kimchi. Eat it fresh, or keep to ferment.
