Summer Roses Glass Heart Sculpture

  Our Garden Party fused glass heart sculptures are one of a kind and completely handmade in California. They are made by a process of boiling glass by boiling it to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit and cooling them down to a solid, polished finish. After removed from the kiln each heart is cold worked with diamond disks to give the edges a finished uniform edge and then return to the kiln for a final fire polish. Our hearts fires for at-least a total of 30 hours.   Each heart is handcrafted to generate an organic design that cannot be replicated. Like our own hearts, they are one of a kind. This Large sized "Summer Roses" heart is composed of different shades of opaque & translucent glass is shades of pink, orange, fuchsia. Each custom designed piece is accompanied by a custom made clear acrylic stand or black acrylic stand.
