Vintage 80s army green cotton dress will put you on top! Killer silhouette has a slouchy collared bodice with substantial shoulder pads and 3/4 length tapered sleeves, nipped in belted waist, inverted pleat trouser skirt w/ pockets and knee length hem with short slit in back. Long zipper goes from the neckline down to the hip.
