She's a fun one! Vintage 80s party girl dress with a dropwaist cut and explosive printed skirt over crisp fluffy tulle layers. The stretchy ribbed top has an almost scuba-like feel with slight shoulderpads, cap sleeves and interesting angled seamlines. The exciting skirt print has a subtle jacquard texture in the weave underneath and mix of colorful big dots and flowers throughout.
