This puffed sleeve printed cocktail dress packs a serious punch with a strong padded shoulder, architectural gill-like ruffling, cluster rhinestone buttons, and a flirty pleated peplum. The open squared neckline, fitted bodice, and hip hugging midi length skirt balances out the volume on top and makes this scene-stealing dress as flattering as it is flamboyant.
