The school was called St. Francis Technical School and it was located on Geary and Gough Streets in San Francisco; they taught sewing and embroidery along with other trades. Printed in the same year as the Panama Pacific International Exposition, this benefit cookbook contains recipes for traditional San Francisco fare: oysters Indian style, angels on horseback, oyster Spanish, Mephisto crab, abalone chowder, zuppa alla marinara, etc. Crease & small smudge to front wrapper, "Technical School" inked to upper front wrapper, else very good; scarce.
