Maple, Walnut, Purple Heart Chopping Board, 18x11x1.25"

Almost too beautiful to use, this gorgeous, handcrafted cutting board is made from Walnut with accents of Maple, Purpleheart and Padauk. It is the perfect size for cutting vegetables, meat and cheeses. Measuring 18"x11"x1.25", it also makes a wonderful charcuterie board for those weekends of entertaining. The wood for this board was sustainably sourced. All the wood has been dried to 6% moisture content. The wood has been cured for several years and is ready for its new life! All our cutting boards are food safe. The boards are soaked in mineral oil. Then an oil and beeswax mix is applied (All Food Grade). The final step is polishing to a beautiful warm glow. Rubber feet are attached for stability. The edges are beveled for easy grip when moving or lifting. All corners are gently rounded. Each board is unique with slight variations of color and graining.
