This new design is a 45 degree, 2-mirror system creating a beautiful 4-point mandala. The glass body of this scope becomes an integral part of the image as the light enters the translucent hand-painted paper creating a beautiful frame and backdrop to the mandala. Teleidoscopes create kaleidoscopic images of the objects being viewed through them. In the photos on this listing I pointed it at a glass sculpture with led lights in the base.
