18" long Black Velvet Choker Necklace

This necklace is 1" wide and is a black velvet material. It has a ring in the center so you can easily attach a pendant to it, or I can remove it and sell it as is. It is velvet with gunmetal-finished steel and "pewter" (zinc-based alloy) Spring ring closure.
