A beautifully crafted decoupage clam shell featuring the painting, La Bohemienne Endormie, a work by the French artist Henri Rousseau. It is a depiction of a lion musing over a sleeping female musician. Meticulously applied and gilded in gold. This would make a marvelous ring or trinket dish, table accent, or gift. These decoupaged shells are hand-crafted with a fine level of detail. Images are carefully set on a natural base and sealed with multiple layers of lacquer to give a refined porcelain feel and look to them.
