Sourdough Beginners Class-NOV 15TH

Start your sourdough journey with us in this informative hands on class with Elana, Culinary Institute of America grad. This starter can last your entire life, and even be passed on to your kids!  Bread making is such a grounding, meditative and satisfying hobby. Once you're hooked, theres no going back to store bought! Perfect to do solo or with your kids.  In this in depth class we will go over feeding your starter and how to make a basic loaf of the best sourdough bread, and finding a baking schedule that works for you. Plenty of time for Q&A, bread and butter tasting and hands on doughy fun!  Saturday Nov. 15th  from 3-5 pm   All ticket options will include: Your own starter to take home, Instruction packet, and access to our step by step Bake Along Video PLUS 3 TICKET OPTIONS BELOW TO CHOOSE FROM INCLUDING THE CLASS & STARTER!  1- $50. Class only including the starter. Class With Sourdough Starter and Add-On Options:  2-$65.  Take home a full bread dough to finish at home
