There were reportedly between 800 and 1500 of these ever made in this experimental pattern.  UCP-Delta was Big Army's attempt to fix the horrible Universal Camo Pattern they adopted in the early 2000's. UCP-D was originally created around 2009 but lost out in adoption to Multicam/Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) making anything in UCP-D very rare and highly sought after and COMPLETE, LIKE NEW TAPS are even more rare.  This TAPS panel is in Like-New condition and shows some of the higher dollar features that were deleted on adopted variants of the TAPS panel, such as the permanently attached harness that stows in the center pocket when not in use and the One-Wrap on the
