Sometimes things go a little sideways — and while it’s not covered by our standard policies, we still want to make it right! This one-time replacement covers unique cases like:- Shipping issues (on orders that didn't originally include 1W Shipping Protection)- Fit mishaps (like your suit stretching out in the water, due to it being too big to start) - Product issues after wear (like bond separation, pilling, or washing mishaps) It's our way of standing by you and our product, while keeping things fair for all.  Heads up: This is a one-time courtesy per customer. We created it for rare, honest oopsie moments — not as a recurring workaround for our standard policies Thanks for respecting the spirit of it!
