To use: First, attach 2 velcro picks to the backside of cutout (the ones that come included with your Base Wreath). Then, firmly push picks into your base's burlap core, careful to avoid poking through any leaves.  Easily remove by gently pulling at the bottom of each pick.  For compact storage, remove velcro picks.
