Nimble sock is a 19.5-micron Superwash merino wool 2 ply yarn with 15% nylon. It is a 2-ply yarn that has great bounce and a silky drape.  This is a high twist 2 ply yarn that offers great durability, and wash ability without compromising softness. This yarn takes colors exceptionally well and has a gentle shine to it.  Nimble Sock is idea for socks but also perfect for shawls, accessories, and even sweaters. Superwash yarn is technically machine washable in a gentle cycle with like colors, I do however recommend hand washing your knits made with Superwash yarn as the washer will tug and pull at your knits causing them to lose their shape or worse rip.
