Colombia Inzá Nilson Pillamue

Nilson is a young producer from the municipality of Inza who manages a coffee warehouse and has a two-hectare farm where he grows and processes Caturra. We’ve been purchasing coffee from the Pillamue family for a few seasons, and it is easy to see why we’d feature this high quality micro-lot within the our single origin program. This micro-lot represents everything we love about Inza with its refined, dried fruit sweetness and crisp apple acidity.
