Costa Rica Las Lajas Honey

This is the second release from our friends at Las Lajas in Costa Rica. While our first offering from Francisca and Oscar Chacon was a natural process, this new coffee is known as a “yellow honey” process. The result of this type of fermentation and drying practice creates intense sweetness and clean, silky textures in the cup. With flavor notes of malty fruits and floral honey, this coffee conflates progressive experimentation with traditional cultivation.
