Ethiopia Chericho Honey

This expressive micro-lot is a new relationship for us in East Africa. Processed as a honey, this heirloom variety retains the florals we come to expect from high-quality Ethiopian coffee with an added depth of raw honey and prune. We often see washed and natural processed coffees come out of this region, it is exceedingly unique to see a honey processed coffee in Ethiopia.
