Honduras Finca La Unica Natural

We are honored and excited to offer this beautiful natural processed coffee from a brand new region of Honduras for Onyx. This is our first release from the historically known Maya region, Copan. Don’t let the process fool you, it’s a very clean cup with nuances of fruit laden sugars but its strength and concentration is in its balanced nature. With a medium silky body, notes of natural chocolates, citrus and hints of natural fermented cherries, you’ll find a consistent clean coffee that performs well as a filter or espresso.
