  SODALITE Description A dark blue stone with veins and specks of light blue, white, and grey.  Benefits and Healing Properties A grounding stone that benefits communication and the transmission of messages by offering clarity of thought. It helps to stabilize emotions and encourages a sense of calm. It is great for meditation.   These stones are shaped with a thumb-imprint, fit to hold while meditating or to rub when anxious. We examine all of our crystals carefully for quality. Each stone is unique thus have their own variations, and possibly naturally formed cavities.
