Ceremonial Matcha Our Ceremonial Matcha is a farm-direct matcha from Kyoto, Japan. It is the highest grade Uji Matcha and picked during the First Flush (first harvest) of the year. The tea is shaded for 20 days, retaining its amino acid content and resulting in a naturally sweet flavor and vibrant green color. Matcha is a great alternative for coffee as it has a high level of caffeine and will not give you any jitteriness or headaches. We strongly recommend drinking it straight or with your choice of milk as a Matcha Latte.
