Nothing will be put together until your purchase is made. There are many centerpiece options. The centerpiece you want can be discussed in the email. There are 2 options for decorations, standard plastic of various shapes, and Blue Streak Crystals that come in one shape. The standard plastic does not add time or cost to the pacifier. Blue Streak Crystals have to be ordered for each pacifier, so there is additional time and cost. Custom centerpieces can be ordered here and add 8 to 10 weeks to the order.
