We take Heirloom Pork and Guanciale....grind it up and cook it low and slow with sofrito, dry sherry, san marzanos, sea salt, herbs, and spices.  This ragu does contain a little bit of heavy cream. 10oz containers.  Enough to pair with one 8oz package of pasta.
